We had the pleasure of working with Carol and Graham to buy our house in Sunnyvale. It was common to get 10+ offers on the houses we were looking at and it could have been a very frustrating and fruitless exercise without Carol and Graham's help. Some of the points that struck me about their working style are -- 1) They were always available. Calls were always returned promptly and spending 15- 20 minutes to explain even a minor item was common. Always ready to show a house even without any notice. 2) There was no pressure to buy from them. We were pretty picky and in the past, I have had agents tell me, "this is bay area, you are not going to get what you want". Carol and Graham always said, "we will find the perfect house for you"; and 3) They are well connected, they knew the market and all the neighborhoods very well. It was only due to Carol's negotiation skills that we got the house. If you are looking to buy or sell in prime bay area locations, I strongly recommend Carol and Graham.

With a housing market as competitive as it is in the Bay Area, it is not possible to land that perfect home unless one works with Realtors® who are better than the best. We were incredibly lucky to sell our house with Carol and Graham Sangster. From the start Carol put us at ease with her experience and thorough planning. We hit a few obstacles along the way. Our garage door came off the rails. Carol knew exactly who to call and got us help right away. We also had an oven that failed and Carol managed the process of getting it repaired. Situations that could have been very stressful were resolved easily. Carol, with her team, did a wonderful job staging our house.
